Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only what you send through the contact form, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. No cookies, no tracking.

Who we are

Mornora (“we”, “us”) is a habit-forming platform for fitness and health, built in India. This policy covers the website mornora.in. The Mornora app is not launched yet; when it is, it will have its own privacy policy, and we will update this page.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to send:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • your message,
  • the date and time it was sent and the page it was sent from.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes standard technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.

What we do not do: this website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts. We do not ask for health information, and we do not sell your personal data.

Why we use it

  • To read and reply to your message.
  • To keep the website secure, working and free from spam.

Your consent

By sending a message through the contact form, you agree to us using your details to respond to you. We will not use your email address for newsletters or marketing. If we ever want to, we will ask for your separate consent first.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website:

  • Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website, and keeps short-term technical logs for security and reliability.
  • Google: contact form messages are stored in a private Google Sheet that only we can access.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. They process it only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle your request, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your message at any time. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are short-lived and deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
  • ask us to correct, update or delete it,
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this won’t affect anything done before you withdrew it),
  • have your complaint about our handling of your data addressed by us,
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and mention “Privacy request”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your details through the contact form.

Links to other websites

Our website links to our pages on Facebook, X and YouTube, and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Security

The website is served only over secure HTTPS, contact form data is sent from our server to Google rather than from your browser, and access to the messages is limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, for example when we launch the app. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
